Purpose and Ownership

This is a private reference site. It is not operated, approved, or sponsored by a court, police department, sheriff, jail, corrections agency, or other public office. It does not store official arrest, booking, court, or custody records. Site operators cannot confirm whether a person is in custody, arrange a release, change a government record, submit a filing, or act for a user before an agency.

The site points visitors toward Berrien County inmate and jail-record resources, Michigan custody systems, court portals, records offices, and selected third-party research tools. Those links are provided to help users reach the organization that controls the requested information.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

• Use the site or its information to violate any local, Michigan, federal, or other applicable law.
• Stalk, intimidate, threaten, harass, or harm another person.

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. No promise is made that:

• Information will always be accurate, complete, or current.

Nothing published here is an official statement by Berrien County, the Sheriff's Office, a court, a jail, the State of Michigan, or another government agency.
